Kay and James asked Isaac to photograph the complete restoration and transformation of listed building 55 Colmore Row. When the building was fully completed, Core also produced a Hard-back book and distributed them to key businesses.

Taking a cue from iconic art and technology, a theme of ‘evolution’ presented the transformation of the building and celebrated the fusion of heritage and contemporary.

Using the style of David Hockney's photographic montages, James Compiled Isaac's images with genuine impact, illustrating this spectacular building in a completely new way. An 'evolution' themed event was illustrated through specially produced wall murals, quotes and displays, and even extended through to the foiled illustrations. The event really captured the imagination and was a talking point in the city for many days.
